New Features & Enhancements
Additional Warning Messages
Based on user feedback, we’ve added two extra warning messages to notify users when their session is nearing its end. Requires MyPC Cloud Client 1.27 or higher.
Reboot at Logoff
A new computer-level option allows PCs to automatically reboot upon logoff or end of session. Requires MyPC Cloud Client 1.27 or higher.
Advance Booking Limit
Introduced a new booking rule to restrict how far in advance computers, rooms, or desks can be reserved.
Suspend Users
Admins can now suspend users from accessing MyPC Cloud computers or the web interface. Note: Suspended users can still log into block bookings. Requires MyPC Cloud Client 1.27 or higher.
Accessibility improvements
You can now navigate the UI using keyboard (Tab, Space, Enter and arrow keys). Additionally, we’ve introduced a new zoom level of up to 150% in the User Settings section for enhanced accessibility support.
Improved Caching
Enhanced caching infrastructure for better scalability and performance.
Terms of Service & Privacy Policy Acceptance
When a user is promoted to Super Admin or Admin, they will remain in a pending state until they accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy upon login.
Import User
For customers using Entra ID or Library Login, you can now import users in advance of their first use. For example, you might want to import a staff member and assign them elevated permissions before they log in for the first time.
Queue Management Enhancements
We have refactored the queuing system to optimise background processing and improve overall efficiency. Additionally, queues now dynamically update their sort order based on real-time availability.
Framework Updates
Updated UI frameworks to the latest release for improved stability and compatibility.

Bug Fixes
Booking UI Issue Resolved
Fixed an issue where, after a computer reboot, the booking UI displayed the computer reserved as expected. Staff attempting to cancel this reservation previously encountered an error—this has now been resolved.

Block Bookings
Block Bookings allows Admin staff to reserve multiple PCs in advance for group activities, training sessions or classes. This feature streamlines the booking process, ensures availability and supports efficient resource planning. Staff can manage reservations centrally, reducing the need for individual bookings.
*Please note to use Block bookings you need to update your MyPC Cloud client to 1.23 or higher.
Custom Working Hours
Custom Working Hours offers the flexibility to include deviations from standard scheduled working hours due to special circumstances such as public holidays, different term/semester times.
New Organisation Creation
We’ve simplified the organisation setup process.
Now, only MyPC Cloud registration is supported when creating a new organisation—making it easier and less confusing for new users. If you wish to use other authentication methods these can be enabled once the organisation registration is complete.
User Invite Registration

We do not offer registration with EntraID or Library Login. When using Library Login and EntraID are automatic user directories. Users are added dynamically and do not require invitations.
Forgot Password
Password reset is now available only for users registered via MyPC Cloud.

Back-to-Back Booking Improvements
If a user has two consecutive bookings on the same computer, they will no longer be required to log off and log back in between sessions. This enhancement ensures a smoother and uninterrupted workflow.

New Features
Early Login and Back-to-Back Bookings (Client Version 1.19.0.0 or Higher required)
When using client version 1.19.0.0 or later, back-to-back bookings are now handled more seamlessly. If you have two consecutive bookings, the system no longer requires you to log off at the end of the first booking. Instead, the session continues uninterrupted, even though the bookings are still recorded as two separate entries.
Additionally, where permitted by booking rules, the system supports early login. This means you can log in shortly before an upcoming booking, and the session will remain active, transitioning smoothly into the next scheduled booking without requiring re-authentication ( this is still counted as 2 bookings).
Language Support
Added support for Welsh and Swedish languages to the web interface.
Finnish language support has been updated with minor changes based on customer feedback.

Authentication & Authorisation
When logging in we are now updating user tags (group membership) during login for Entra ID users and Library Login.
Staff Booking Enhancements
When staff are booking on behalf of user we are now doing a validation check against the user directory. This enables us to ensure the user is still valid, update group membership changes, check is users are expired or have a block on their account.
Library Login Restrictions (Client Version 1.19.0.0 or Higher required)
When using the Civica Spydus Library management systems for user authentication we now have the ability to deny patrons and staff from booking a computer if they have any patron status set, do not have the AUT01 field set or if they are expired.

New features
The export to CSV option in reports has been updated to provide more detailed information on bookings.
Enhancements
Password requirements for MyPC Cloud accounts have been strengthened. Passwords must now be between 8 and 20 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Bug fixes
When using Civica Spydus library system, the MyPC client previously accepted any password without proper validation. This issue has been resolved, and password validation is now enforced.
There was an issue with the clean-up of Guest user tickets. This process has been improved and will now run nightly.
MyPC Client 1.11.0.0 encountered an issue when entering sleep or hibernation mode. We have enhanced the recovery process for these states, and the fix is included in MyPC Client 1.14.0.0.
