MyPC booking system has made a huge difference to the library environment for both our counter staff and the general public; the MyPC booking process runs very well and is really easy to use for both staff and our customers. The librarians are much happier now that the MyPC system takes away the need for them to book customers onto the PCs. We cannot wait to roll it out to all our other librarians very soon!

MyPC reports show which computers are under or over utilised, when they are used, and the busiest times of the day.
MyPC features a variety of booking reports that include user/block booking, no shows, future, attended bookings and a booking method summary
MyPC also reports on faulty computers allowing you to pinpoint resources which cause downtime in your organisation.
User reports allow you to view banned users, ban history and a unique user summary – which shows how many individuals make use of the computer resources you provide
MyPC’s fully web-based usage statistics can be exported into many common file formats including CSV and PDF.
